The ResQUp is a simple to use and versatile lift and transfer help developed by a Dr. of Physical Theragpy and Licensed Ergonomist particularly to help senior and disabled individuals get up from the flooring following a non-injurious fall. The ResQUp just provides a fallen person a method to negotiate as much as a chair height (~ 18 inches), or to a standing position, bed, walker or tub by one of 2 methods; 1) pushing themselves up utilizing their hands, or 2) pushing themselves up using their elbows with very little or no additional assistance from a caregiver. The ResQUp is especially useful in situations where an individual does not have the physical strength or ability to get up from the flooring by other methods.
